I chose this topic due to personal significance. The loss of a friend to suicide made me realize the hidden struggles men face. Men often hide their pain to appear strong. Reflecting on his and my own challenges, I see the lack of space for men to express emotions openly. I aim to break the silence on men's mental health and societal norms, fostering open dialogues. This subject is crucial to me, driven by a commitment to breaking taboos and supporting those facing similar struggles. I use black and white in the book to represent the rawness of men's mental health. The absence of color signifies honest conversations, while the timeless quality reflects enduring relevance. This minimalist approach mirrors the message: clarity on long-ignored issues.
